We're excited to welcome you to FrostFest! Review these helpful tips before your visit to make the most of your holiday experience.
Arrival
Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before your selected arrival window to allow time for parking, walking to the entrance, and checking in.
Timed arrival windows help us provide the best possible experience for all guests. Please arrive during your selected window.
Tickets
Have Your Tickets Ready
After purchasing online, you'll receive a confirmation email and digital tickets from noreply@fevo-enterprise.com.
Before arriving:
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and filtered folders.
- Save your tickets to your phone or mobile wallet for quick entry.
- Have your tickets ready to scan before reaching the entrance.
If you can't locate your confirmation, you can also email ordersupport@fevo.com for ticketing assistance.
If you're still unable to locate your tickets when you arrive, our Guest Services team can perform a manual check-in after verifying your order.
What to Wear
Dress for Wisconsin Winter
FrostFest is primarily an outdoor event.
We recommend:
- Warm winter clothing
- Comfortable walking shoes or boots
- Hat
- Gloves
- Winter coat
Snow only adds to the holiday magic, so come prepared to enjoy the season!
Parking
On-Site Parking
Parking is available for $20 per vehicle.
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your selected arrival window to allow time for parking and entry into the festival.
Parking attendants and directional signage will help guide you to the appropriate parking areas.
Food & Beverages
Come Hungry!
Enjoy a variety of seasonal food, sweet treats, hot chocolate, coffee, festive beverages, and other holiday favorites throughout the festival.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Weather
Winter Weather
FrostFest operates in most weather conditions, including snow.
If severe weather impacts festival operations, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.
