Have questions about visiting FrostFest? We've gathered answers to the questions we hear most often.
Tickets
Should I purchase tickets in advance?
Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to secure your preferred date and arrival window. Popular nights and time slots may sell out.
What happens after I purchase my tickets?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your digital tickets from noreply@fevo-enterprise.com. Please save your tickets or have them ready on your mobile device before arriving at FrostFest.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
I purchased tickets but can't find my confirmation email.
After purchasing your tickets, please check your inbox, spam, junk, and filtered folders for an email from noreply@fevo-enterprise.com.
If you're unable to locate your order, use the "Need Help?" button to contact FEVO Support.
You can also email ordersupport@fevo.com for ticketing assistance.
If your confirmation still cannot be located before your visit, our Guest Services team can perform a manual check-in at the entrance after verifying your order.
Can I exchange or transfer my tickets?
Please refer to the ticket policy displayed during checkout. If exchanges are available, they'll be subject to availability and any applicable terms.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Do children need tickets?
Guests ages 3–12 require a Child Ticket, while ages 13 and older require an Adult Ticket. Children ages 2 and under receive free admission.

Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available on-site. Please refer to the Tickets page for current parking information and promotions.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your selected arrival window to allow time for parking and entry.
Can I bring outside food or beverages?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
A variety of seasonal food, snacks, desserts, hot chocolate, coffee, and other beverages will be available for purchase throughout FrostFest.
How long does a visit typically last?
Most guests spend 2 hours enjoying FrostFest, but you're welcome to stay longer and experience everything the festival has to offer.
Is FrostFest an outdoor event?
Yes. Most of the festival takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing warmly for Wisconsin winter weather.
Attractions
Is everything included with admission?
Admission includes access to FrostFest and many festival experiences. Some premium attractions may require an additional purchase or Premier Pass.
